I don't think it's a good idea to have an article on our website of how to stream movies :))) They will shut us down in a blink of an eye :)
Anyway, go to this website

search for a movie or look up new releases. Then click on the movie you choose - there will be a lot of links. The newest ones will be at the top, they usually have better quality. Also you can see how people voted for each link and judge the quality - anything under 60% is going to be impossible to watch. Try few links and see what streams best. As a rule you start the movie streaming, pause it for few minutes then see if it's worth watching.
The best quality I saw so far was everything streamed through Megavideo. The rest is average.
Also to watch videos from the websites tools like megavideo you better download mozilla firefox application as it allows you to avoid time restriction for streaming.
There is also a very good website to watch tv series - it's updated every few days. So all the new tv episodes will be here.
