It is the private home of a local Lanna lady and her "former Bangkokian" husband, (Khun Naruemol and Norachai Prasertmanukitch ) who will be your quintessential hosts, while in Chiang mai.

The hand made traditional handcrafted Thai teak wood mansion will all the modern conveniences, is located on a large private garden. It perfectly located as a base to explore the suround attraction from, except you may not want to leave the tranquil gardens, but do get out and dscover the real north Thailand. Every day starts with a delicious breakfast in the beautiful garden.


After that the Gracious host can arrange for a car and driver, Thai cooking lessons, tour or what ever your hearts desires.  They can even arrange for a three hour Thai massage, where the masause comes to the house truly relaxing. Be sure to visit Wat Doi Kham a local wat in the area.

Jaiya Mongkol  is located near the Night safari in a rural Thai village between Hang Dong and Chiang mai, but still only 7 km from Chiangmai city center. Nearby there are wood carving and rattan factories, antique shops, and the shopping heaven of Baan Tawai handicraft center.
