They do lots of fund raising and blood drives and organ donations here in Thailand. (Also if you have a rare by Thai standard blood type please contact the Mc Cormick hospital and get put on the "farang type blood" list for those tourists that find themselve in need. ): The red cross is at he river near the hump back bridge.
