Tony’s House of Sausage – All Day Breakfast

This shop and diner is situated right across the road from the big Tesco Lotus on Hang Dong road.

Passing this place we’ve succumbed to the sign “all day breakfast” and decided to stop and investigate.

A smiling Thai girl greeted us and gave us 2 deliciously chilled glasses of their house lemon drink free of charge while we were looking through the menu.

I have to say straight away –  we’ve felt that the prices were unjustifiably expensive, in the end I’ve chosen the cheapest item on the menu – a hamburger, and we’ve settled to wait. My hubby also ordered a glass of iced coffee.

I looked through the shop while we were waiting. The choice of homemade stuff was quite varied:

Canadian/American/Smoked bacon, homemade liver/blood sausage, pork/veal/beef/cheese sausages etc., salami Italian or German, homemade salads, pickles and cheese (which I thought was less expensive than in supermarkets), and even smoked turkey breast!

I can not say anything about the quality as I didn’t buy anything, but I liked the choice and I might even go back for the cheese.

Unfortunately, hamburger when it arrived, was very small and unappetising,  and coffee was weak.

Tony, if it was Tony behind the counter, looked extremely grumpy and didn’t say a word to us as his customers, and at some point he just left the diner to sit outside..

All in all we felt disappointed, and if I come back it won’t be for their all day breakfast, more likely to buy something from the shop.

The shop’s phone number is 081 6661336, so you can call and enquire about the products.
