A roti is not truly a Thai dish but like many things the Thais have accepted it into their culture and Cuisine and many could hardly tell you it is not or where they first cam e from but we all know they are Muslim food as many of the local Muslim still make a good living from supplying the demand with rotis for locals and tourists alike.
