Huan Pen (เฮือนเพ็ญ)
Is a classic northern Thai cusine it has a local crowd for lunch when it is a open air lunched place for the people working down town.

At night the the open up to a more elegant reastaurant experience and have candle lit dinners. But for the reall local try the lunch menu.
