DOI SAKET ORCHIDS, COMPANY LTD.

Are growers and wholesaler of Thai orchids not a tourist attraction or on site retail operation. They produce a wide variety of plants in the tropical paradise of Doi Saket in a region known for its mild climate.

They are located near Chiang Mai (northern Thailand), in the area known as Doi Saket. Doi Saket is a mountain range, which is covered with wild orchids of many types, including the now famous Nobile dendrobium. Several of the most famous Nobile dendrobium growers are within one mile of their growing range! Due tp the great micro climate that assure hardy Orchid plants that ship well.

Not worth the visit

I went to visit this nursery with the aim of buying quite a few plants but most of the plants were in very poor condition with disease and pests on them so I came away with nothing - a wasted journey!

Try the local plant market for a wide range of orchids and other plants. This is called Khamthieng Flower Market and stocks all kinds of plants.
