The Tennis Courts at Chiang Mai land are well maintained and open to the public.
There are only three courts but they are seldom in use. So that should not be a problem.
The cost is 100 baht an hour in the day time and 140 baht an hour in the late afternoons and evening as they provide flood lights. They do close at 9:00 pm but the peak charges are from 4:00 pm till closing. The courts open at 8:00am in the morning.
The club house service light Thai meals at great prices about 35-40 baht a plate and are quite good also serves Fruit shakes freshly made or just a cool one.
The swimming pools are open to the public too.
