น้ำเต้าหู้ (นมถั่วเหลือง)
Ingredients
½ Kg. Soy bean
½ Kg. Sugar
20 Cups Water
½ tsp Salt
How to make
1. Boil water on high till boiled
2. Put all soy bean in the pot and put the boiled water in, leave for 1-2 hours
3. Take out the soy bean shell
4. Grind all soy bean and put in the pot and boil with 20 cups of water
5. During boiling have to stir often for ½ hour
6. Strain soy milk through china dish or cloth and ready to mix in with salt and sugar to your taste, can be done as served so individual tastes can be catered to. If so use sugar syrup. My personal favorite is palm sugar syrup.
Serve with "tao foo" buterflies or steamed bread and green sauce.
