Samlours - three wheels

I refer here to the human powered ones.

They are the main stay of  a past time when Chiang Mai was a village and people were in less of a rush than now. You will still find hundreds around the city for elderly Thai people still use them and markets could not be without them as they are also used to do deliveries of goods and to and fro.

They are a style unique to Thailand compare to her Neighbors the passenger is behind and the rider in front. They are till made to day but the numbers are shrinking. But I believe they will totally disappear in my life time unless the rich outlaw them so they can drive faster and not need to worry they are stuck behind them.
