If you need to get your wife or children or anybody a Thai passport you will have to go out to the City Hall way out Chotana Road towards Mae Rim , where the ring road intersects and kity corner to the mens prison.
Walk in the main doors to the court yard and turn left and is on the ground floor second on the right.
Fill out the application pay a application small fee and return to the frond desk where your measured for your hight. your given a number and you read the number board for first available clerk. They will have yous sign the form and your photo is taken and finger printed digitially. You then pay the 1,000 baht fee and an EMS fee and the finished passport may be sent to your address by EMS so no need to return.
They will have to take an Original ID cards and Original House Paper and birth certificate if no ID card for child.
I went during the week and in the morning and was done in less than an hours. to make the Thai passport for my daughter. Both parents must sign the passport form so bring your passport wwith you as ID.
It is pretty simple and efficeint.
