International Buddhism Center at Wat Doi Suthep

Learn meditation atone of the most special Temple in northern Thailand. It does not matter if you can speak Thai or not.
The International Buddhism Center at Wat Phradhatu Doi Suthep was opened  2004 by the Most Venerable Phrathep Varasiddhajaan.

It was created in order to assure everyone has the opportunity to learn and practice Vipassana Meditation. It is located at Wat Phradhatu Doi Suthep. It teaches in Thai and English so people who can not speak Thai can also learn the life changing experience of meditation.

Vipassana Meditation is done in the Mahasi Sayadaw Tradition.  

The life changing coarse itself is 21 days long,  that period is really required to allow you to truly build a solid foundation of the meditation skills and to allow the you to get the most out of the course. There is no cost for the courses but a donation is of course appreciated.

After you finish the course you are also welcome to do refresher course and also come and meditate at the temple.
