Chicken with Lemon Grass

Chicken Chunked  500 grams
 Lemon Grass  4 sprigs
 Crushed Garlic  3 Table spoon
Fishsauce  2-3 Tablespoons
 Palm Sugar  2 Tablespoons
 Whole green Pepers- fresh  3clusters
Dried red chillies - long type  2 chiles


 1). Mixed ingredents except chicken and let stand 1 hour.
 2). Heat 5 tablespoons oil in pan when hot add chickenand other ingredents cook till dry.
 3). Garnish and Serve.
