Not included in the weddings: ; International and domestic flights to and from Chiang Mai, airport departure taxes, entry visas. OR
1. "Affidavits fees" as they differ for consulate, and supporting documents see you countries requirements.
2. Your own foot wear to match wedding attire.
3. Wedding attire in silk unless stated in package.
4. Wedding rings if desired.
5. Accommodation other than wedding night for bride and groom.

Payment: We require a deposit of 50% of the final quotation to confirm the Wedding. This must be received before any bookings can be made. The balance is payable apon arrival to Chiang Mai.

Cancellation policy: If notice of cancellation is received by Email, telephone, fax or letter at least 30 days prior to the wedding date, the full deposit less a 15,000 Baht handling fee, is refunded. The full wedding cost is forfeited if such notice is received less than 7 days prior to the wedding date. Any further refunds are at the discesion of Somchit Srimoon

General: Should exceptional circumstances arise, the Company reserves the right to to substitute venues or temples and to alter the wedding day itinerary should this be considered necessary or advisable.

Insurance: Whilst traveling you are not covered by any insurance. We suggest that you make arrangements so that you and your property are fully insured for the duration of your travel and also for travel in light aircraft if applicable. Similarly you are advised to arrange adequate insurance in the unforeseen event of any postponement or cancellation of your wedding. 

Liability: Although every possible care is taken to safeguard you and your property, we accept no liability to clients for any accidents, injuries or illness incurred while traveling, arranged by ourselves or our suppliers, or for any loss of, or damage to, clients property during their wedding or honeymoon. 

By booking and paying a deposit for a wedding, you are deemed to have accepted these Liability and Insurance clauses outlined above and are also deemed to have understood and accepted all of these booking conditions.
